I have been on and off of the board of directors for the past 15 years for our community and we have had three different management companies. Our community is 18 years old and we have learned a great deal about what things separates HOA managers. Our current manager Mary Ann is so committed that yesterday morning on Memorial Day she was answering questions via email posed by another board member. She is the GREATEST manager we have ever had.
We love Allied HOA Management. They do a great job taking care of our community and keeping things running smoothly. They are local, so we can always get someone out quickly when we need them. You can always get a real person, even if there is a maintenance emergency in the middle of the night, on a weekend, or even on a holiday. Our community manager is always very professional, but also very sincere and personal. We love Allied in our community, and would strongly recommend them to any other neighborhood HOA looking for professional management.
