Our Team

Nicole Zaitoon, CEO

With a degree in Finance, and an extensive background in Real Estate, Property Management, and Construction Project Management, Nicole has led the growth of the organization since 2013 when Allied HOA Management was born from a partnership with Ross Property Management. Nicole takes an active role in the company working directly with our customers, clients, and employees on a daily basis to further the mission of caring for local communities.

Operations Team

Our HOA Managers are dedicated to specific communities for full or virtual support, guidance, and expertise. Backed by HOA Support Team members who are at your service to assist with immediate questions or needs related to resales, transfers and architectural requests.

Accounting Team

Whether your HOA needs help facilitating a reserve study, creating an annual budget, or calculating tax payments, the Allied HOA Accounting Team is there to assist. CPA-led with over 55 years of combined real estate accounting experience, our highly rated team of experts is only a phone call or email away.
