Nicole Zaitoon
Nicole Zaitoon co-founded Allied HOA Management on the ideal that a multifamily residential management company could deliver a sound return on investment to owners and still take good care of its residents. Zaitoon is a daily extoller of Allied’s motto of, “We Create Communities.”
Zaitoon started Allied HOA Management with her husband, Brett, in 2013 after they couldn’t find a third-party management company for their apartment complex that shared their investment & management values.

They wanted a company that would both serve the operational needs of the property and its residents as well as achieve the investor’s goals for successful financial performance. In the last seven years, Zaitoon has grown Allied to service A+ to C- conventional, LIHTC and student properties throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
She also established a construction division to serve additional needs she found her property owners required. Zaitoon has extensive experience working with properties undergoing repositioning, renovation and stabilization. Zaitoon earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance and History from Trinity University. She is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and holds various industry designations
